Thumbs up for Makati Shangri-La, p.12

Makati Shangri-La Hotel was recognized as one of Asia's Best Hotels in a survey recently conducted by asia-hotels.com. The Best Business Hotel in the "by country category", Makati Shangri-La is the only hotel in the Philippines included in the top 10 list.

Asia-hotels.com is an Internet company that facilitates on-line bookings. The Customer Hotel Awards and Travel Habits 2002 survey was conducted to determine the preferred hotels of travel customers across the Asia-Pacific region. It had a great response with over 42,000 people nominating over 115,000 hotels. Hotels that scored over 8.5 on a series of 8 criteria rated from one to 10 received "Highly Recommended" and five thumbs-up citations.
