Guest comments	This hotel is very well located (city central) with an excellent and lively bar / restaurant. Room rates are inexpensive and thus the hotel is very popular; but don't expect much from its very small rooms with limited amenities.

Guest comments	The hotel is superbly positioned to the CBD being only one-block from the central shopping area of Perth. While very small, the rooms are clean and comfortable and fine for a stay of a few days if you get out and about. TV, alarm, air-conditioning and tea and coffee facilities are provided but no biscuits. The restaurant decor is spartan but the food is excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. The wine list is varied and reasonably priced. The continental breakfast is limited but adequate -- especially the serves of fruit. Staff are friendly and helpful
