Guest comments	A clean hotel located in the heart of Kowloon. The room was reasonably sized. A short distance from the Kowloon station. Near to Fai Yeung Street as well as Nathan Road. Didn't really have the need to interact with staff but they were pleasant and efficient on check in. A nice place to stay for a few days with easy transport links and close to many street markets and stalls.

Guest comments	The hotel was very well located, F&B is not a problem. The room is clean as compared to most hK hotel i stay. Maybe because it is a new hotel. But the service level of the staff needs to be lifted, i was out without electricity for 1 hour before the staff came to turn on the power. Or else, all would have been a perfect stay. Will return again
