| Guest comments | The location of the hotel was well situated and easily accessible. Just a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the nearest Tokyo Metro (Akasaka Sta.). I would highly recommend this hotel as it was comfortable and a quite area to stay. A good selection and choice of food to eat in the area. Especially a sushi shop on the corner of the road when you exit the front of the hotel and turn left. After 8pm it has offers of 30% of selected sushi | ||

| Guest comments | Akasaka Hotel is a bit run down. Even though we requested a non-smoking room, smoke from other floors permeated our room and especially the halls. The place wasn't dirty, just old. On the brighter side, the staff is very friendly. Also, there is a pizza restaurant just two minutes walk from the hotel that serves really good individual-sized pizzas (I recommend). Bars, shopping, and restaurants are within a 10 minute walking distance. It's nice if you want to go out without the busy streets of central Tokyo. If you prefer busy streets, the subway is a 5 min walk, and the clubbing district of Roppongi is also close by. Overall, I wasn't especially pleased with the hotel since it was old and small, but I suppose it's okay if you don't plan on spending too much time in you hotel room. | ||
