| Guest comments | A very pleasant place to stay. Far enough away from the CBD to be quiet and close to gardens and a wonderful War Memorial. Only a half hour walk to the city and we are in our 70s. Manager is fantastic and went out of his way to rectify MY mistake at no cost to me. Well worth a mention as he was a real gem. | ||

| Guest comments | Had booked a standard room but was given upgrade to deluxe room. Room was spacious, very clean, serviced daily...staff were helpful , location brilliant ..tram stops at doorway or 15 minutes walk along parks and gardens to Flinders Street, Yarra river, city centre. Would reccommend to anyone wanting reasonably priced accommodation...with a touch of the classic, old world charm | ||

| Guest comments | Even though the hotel is not new, and as you may always understand, BOUTIQUE some how "means" small, old and expesive, its location and poeple are good. Good value for money. I'll stay there next time | ||
