Guest comments	The good-close to Old Dali Town and tourist areas, Asst Mgr very helpful, the early morning view from window facing lake. The not so good-this hotel is in needed of a good makeover, it is old, whilst quaint that they do not use computers from reservations it does add to waiting time as they write out key deposit slips etc. The staff speak little or no English and it was very time consuming waiting for the one person (manager I think) to translate. One night I was woken late at night by guests in the next room arguing, the walls seem paper thin and I was also woken another night by staff requesting something late at night despite the Do Not Disturn sign hanging on the door. My TV did not work despite efforts to fix it. One other word if you want a cup of tea/coffee in your room I suggest that you bring some with you, only Green Tea provided. Breakfast provided limited choice, mainly Chinese style, and a healthy drink of Pepsi or Sprite to have with your breakfast was available!!!
