Guest comments	The hotel facilities are good. The guests of ASEAN origin are seen more at this hotel. I reached late and my room was probably not blocked. As a courtsey i was upgraded to the executive suite. The hotel staff is very efficient. Located quite far from teh airport. Taxi may cost you about 120000 rupiah. There is Aston Plaza just beside the hotel and some street markets are also very nearby. I would recommend the hotel for business as well as vactaions.

Guest comments	Room was still not ready even though I arrived at 6.00pm. Lobby area was hot and hardly air-conditioned. Not good value for money spent.
