Guest comments	We were upgraded to a suite as all the connecting rooms were occupied. That was very nice with 2 LCDs and a small jacuzzi-like tub. The beach is very beautiful and clean with a long stretch of shallow water in the mornings. My family iwth 2 kids enjoyed this very much. But if you prefer shopping and some night life then better to go for Kuta area.

Guest comments	Should be prompt on the room availability during check in time. The internet should be free as it's high rated hotel. The break-fast must make available as stated time. The access to the beach could be improve. Others are alright.
