Guest comments	Modern hotel, staff helpful, English spoken. Room good size but cold and heating inefficient. Ate in restaurant - buffet which had a good selection, but again it was cold. Location good walkable to Drum Tower, etc.

Guest comments	The rooms are rather small, we had two connecting rooms, one without daylight. It was still okay because we used that room as the children's bedroom. The hotel's breakfast is reasonable, although the diningroom gets very busy with all the tour groups. Breakfast is much cheaper when purchased on site as opposed to through the website! (about 50% of the price). Location is excellent. Cars can be hired easily from the hotel for a low price. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotels restaurant caters to the tour groups and lacks atmosphere and is overpriced, so we dined outside the hotel. Good coffee shop nearby as well (K coffee).
