| Guest comments | The hotel is unique and impressive in location and style in the area. However, food, spa and almost anything are extremely expensive. I would recommend people to go there for some special reasons such as honey moon or important celebration, which you just want something memoriable and don't care much your money. | ||

| Guest comments | The location is stunning, being on the border of three countries. From our hotel room we could see Myanmar, Laos and Thailand.Unlike places like Bangkok and sadly even Chiang Mai to some extent, where pollution and semi-organised chaos makes them not places to relax in, this area is very rural, unspoilt and pollution free. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly. The hotel has its own elephant camp. Your level of intimacy with their elephants can range from a half hour taking of photographs to a three day trek. They also have water buffalo and amazing bird life. They have a spa which is opulent. However my wife and I had better massages elsewhere in Thailand. Also the spa services are not cheap for what you get. We would recommend the 3 countries tour - a one day excursion to Myanmar (Burma), Laos and places in Thailand like Chiang Ream. Would definitely go back given the chance. | ||
