Guest comments	More tourist info at reception or concierge would be helpful - a brochure stand or similar. My deluxe room was big and very good value. It overlooked the Bell Tower and main traffic roundabout, however the traffic noise was not a problem with the windows closed. Beverage service requires more training - red wine was served chilled and beer was served warm.

Guest comments	Phenomenal location . Room was very clean though as with most hotels in China hallways, carpets, could use some attention. Staff English was adequate. I screwed up on my booking dates and arrived at the airport a day early (during the National week holiday no less) and they accommodated me with another night in our room - NO PROBLEM without jacking up the price- which they could very easily have done due to the huge # of local tourists and lack of rooms avaiable. Loved the hotel though I thought Xi'an in general, highly overrated as a destination in China. Without the equally over rated terracotta warriors there, all I see is a sadly westernized fairly modern Chinese city, with lots to do, if what you want to do, is be a consumer.....
