Guest comments	The facility and service were excellant and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to or thru Shanghai, China. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful. Chris [American name for one of the bellboys] went out of his way to help us find our way around the city, make us feel at home and should be commended.

Guest comments	Pleasant stay at the hotel though English is a problem which is usual in China. Decent facilities in rooms/bathrooms.The Chinese and the western restaurants are good. may be they should add satellite TV or even pay cannels for Movie viewing specially in English
