Guest comments	Although away from the centre of Cairns, the Colonial Club has great facilities and a regular bus transfer into the town centre. The regular ( free) transport makes this location very convenient. You can enjoy the fine facilties of the Hotel and yet still get to shops and promenade with ease. It can be busy as it is used by large tour groups but I would certainly stay again.

Guest comments	Noise carries easily between the walls. It can be very noisy early in the morning as people drag their suitcases along the paths to check out for the 6am flights.

Guest comments	Beautiful site Rooms very basic but clean Staff were very helpful Only problem was noisy guests bashing on our door late at night or leaving to catch 4:30am flights
