Guest comments	Hotel was very clean and serviced daily. The mattress however you could feel some springs poking thru. Breakfast was good but plain.

Guest comments	rooms are clean, but small. Definately feel like you are in a budget hotel. Building across lane derelict. Staff are friendly.

Guest comments	Rooms were rather small. Layout of hotel rather strange having to take 2 lifts to get to rooms from reception. Staff really helpful. Deal was good because we got continental breakfast included in price which is not common on hotel deals. Breakfast was lovely. Location was central but rather strange because hotel entrance is in a small lane.
