with a little extra thought and imagination regard to decor this could be a very smart studio type accomodation. the apartments are well located to take advantage of the restuarant area of Cuba st and mall and it is only a short stroll to the Lambton Quay .My initial thoughts on seeing the room was positive as the floor to ceiling windows and the balcony opening to a harbour view was impressive, however the let down was the very cheap furnishings of the room. However , I would say that the bed was comfortable and the linen was spotlessly clean, as good as would be expected in a 5star hotel.

Would not come back. Nice room in minor disrepair, but very noisy all night and shades on room were useless, meaning the sleeping rooms are very bright all night. Not a place to get some rest.
