Guest comments	Hotel does not state pool is outdoor. Could do with an exercise room. Bedroom was beginning to look a little 'tired'. Meals in restaurant were excellent and reasonably priced. Concierge excellent.

Guest comments	Short walk to Riccarton road or across Hagley park to centre of town.Curtesy van available but only runs to a timetable so you have to fit in with it.
