Guest comments	The Marque was an ideal location to walk to many places in the CBD. The rooms were nice and crisp. although we did not get a chance to try the pool and spa - they looked great. The only downside were the dingy hallways.

Guest comments	Rooms and hallways smelt musty, sheets were badly worn. Mini-bar was not replenished. Only one key was available for a 2 person room. Only one elevator was operating meaning long delays especially when functions were being held. Foyer was hot and stuffy. Noise from pool area was obtrusive even 11 floors up. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was excellent.
