Guest comments	It was a relief to find all the rooms were non-smoking and the beds were decent. Although there was still the noisy TV next door and slamming doors down the hall, the walls were concrete and hid the noise much better than some places. Staff were helpful and hotel was within a 15 min walk into Civic. The place was in need of an update in some places but comfortable overall.
