Guest comments	Stayed here for two nights on a trip to Langkawi (excellent place). Service was very good, may have been due to the visiting Sultan of Kedah. Hotel is clean if somewhat "old" feeling. Used the pool which was nice and the internet facilities (did not have to pay?). Double room was large and comfortable. Location wise it is a close to a small shopping district that will meet most needs, I wouldn't consider Langkawi a shoppers paradise. Taxi service with voucher system is available outside of hotel to avoid shocks. Is a good 20mins away from western beaches of Langkawi but a pleasant trip. Found breakfast to be fairly ordinary on both days.

Guest comments	Great value for money. Friendly and very accommodating staff throughout. Good sized rooms. Excellent location if you want to shop in Kuah town rather than lounge on the beach

Guest comments	The reciptionests are nice. Breakfast is not convenient for the non south Asian pepole. The Gim area is very small and with limitted facilities.
