Guest comments	Staff were extremely helpful. Clean rooms, although the airconditioning control unit was at times unresponsive. The timetable for the bus transfers to other parts of the city not as flexible as other Copthorne-branded hotels. All in all, would consider staying here again. Guest comments	Good location near river 10 miniutes walk to Robertson Quay and a futher 10 minutes to Clarkes Quay.A free shuttle bus runs hourly to Orchard Road shopping area.
