| Guest comments | Shocking! The space around the toilet was yellow, the tub had black spots, we were scared to walk on the old carpet and we couldn't put our clothes in the wardrobe because of the thick dust layer. The hotel should be called The Dust Princess! I don't know why guests rave about the breakfast. The service was terrible. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to clear our table we put our plates on the next table and thats were they stayed for the period of our breakfast. The food was prepared the day before and just micro waved. I've stayed in much better backpackers. Value for money is zero. | ||

| Guest comments | The hotel was once a very good hotel but is overdue for a major upgrade and redecorate. I encountered internet problems on the first stay and made tree requests for assistance that was not forthcoming. | ||
