Guest comments	Good hotel in exellent locations, close to JR Osaka station. Friendly staff all speaks English. We would recommended this hotel to tourist, who wanted to see most of Osaka and not wasting the time

Guest comments	We found the rooms to be very small and stuffy. The climate control was supposedly operating normally, but the room was still too hot. Most of the staff were lacking in their English ability so it was difficult to convey information. Luckily, my wife was able to speak fluent Japanese! I would rate this as a 3 star hotel instead of 4! On the upside, it is close to transportation and the shopping precinct.
