This was our first time in Cairns and we would be very happy to stay there again. Our room was comfortable, it was an easy walk to the centre of town and the Esplanade, in the on-site restaurant both the food and the service were great and the staff were excellent-they were knowledgeable about the different tour operators and were happy to help us with our bookings.

Staff were professional, friendly and most nformative. I would recommend other visitors to stay here and would stay there again. The walk to the boardwalk and Cairns restruants was a pleasant few minutes stroll. The on-site restruant for all meals and takeaways offered quality food and service.
The room was large (we had an upgrade at no additional cost) and most comfortable. Even small details like operating all lights and airconditioning from the bedside added to the comfort of a weary traveller.
