Guest comments	No friendly faces upon arrival, thought it must be the late evening, but again happened during check out though it was still in the afternoon. Found cockcroach creeping into one of our luggages. Desperately need new furniture and the wall next to the toilet was coming off probably due to moist from behind. Towels do not look very clean. Stayed 4 nights but breakfast was same everyday. Certainly need more people working at the reception.

Guest comments	room was cleaned daily, clean sheets and towels. decor was dated and average but for the price --ya gets what ya pays for--great views of the towers from our room on the 25th floor good access to the rail and monorail (10 minutes walk) and the Mall (15 min walk) Cafes on each side of the hotel and the curryhouse across the road were well worth a visit (very reasonably priced)

Guest comments	Cost of taxis to the center vary based on time. Off hours 6 ringetts, late at night 20. A 6-7 min. walk to the monorail at the end-of-line Titiwanga station with service to the Golden Triangle shopping/ business hub. Buffet breakfast very adequate, good roof top pool and a well-equipped gym on the floor below. Would I return for the price, yes.
