| Guest comments | Nice hotel but reception really need to learn how to speak english properly. we had so many problems with the check in all because they couldnt spell our names properly and locate our booking. we were told that the internet company we booked and paid under weren't registered with the hotel and they told us we had to get hold of our credit card company to get our money back!! some staff were extremely rude (the lady with short short hair in particular.) all in all it is a nice hotel and worth the money. breakfast is also good. but the staff made it an unpleasant stay for us! | ||
