Guest comments	The receptionists are polite n helpful. The bellboy also giving good services to hotel guests. The only regret is the room rate is high, i have paid Hk800 + Hk114 breakfast for two.

Guest comments	The service at this hotel was excellent; however the shower did not work. But given the price taking a bath instead was no great hardship.
