Guest comments	We were very well looked after by the Supervisor Amy and the concierge staff Steve as they advised us on sightseeing, shopping and dining plus providing umbrella without us requesting for it. The hotel facilities were comfortable and deserve the 4 star rating. We were always able to get taxis promptly by the hotel staff. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and we would want to stay in this hotel when we come to Shanghai in the future.
