Guest comments	An exception hotel - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the staff were most obliging and we would have to admit being rapt with the style and design of the hotel interior which certainly creates a very good feeling of understated elegance. The rooms were very comfortable and well furnished - bathroom a tadd on the small size but nonetheless totally functional. Only one disappointment relating to the inclusive breakfast only applying to one guest not two as you would expect for a double room booking. Would certainly return when next in Shanghai.

Guest comments	I have stayed at this hotel 5 times because I likd the location. The recent renovations are a big improvement. The breakfasts are good!
