We asked for upgrade from Standard, but when we got to room we were unsure,so asked another staff member the differences,we were Still Unsure!! Also on return to hotel and different room we discovered that we had no remote control for TV, filthy facecloth in a drawer and no tissues in bathroom. Yes the staff fixed the problems, but guests shouldn't have to put up with this for the price of room. Location Fantastic, Reception same..
