Guest comments	The concierge is never present and the spa is not free for guests. The food is lackluster and its at the bottom end of being 5 star. The garden is fabulous though.

Guest comments	Our stay was ok and the hotel was satisfactory until I spotted a mouse running around a shelf over the breakfast bar - very off-putting and wouldn't stay there again. They also switch off the air con in the winter and the rooms are so hot that the windows have to be open - not a good move in Kathmandu!
