Guest comments	The hotel is fabulous, has a great location, wonderful facilities. Service could improve particularly on the restaurant side. Its recommend to go the all inclusive way so meals are not that expensive.

Guest comments	We booked a triple room for two nights from December 26. The hotel is certainly grand, but there are things people should be aware of. Firstly, like most hotels in Sharm, it's a long way from the airport, and the hotel's location is not within walking distance from any useful shops or sites. Check in was fine, but the 4am check out was a problem (delays processing credit card; ended up paying by cash, and may have paid twice). The room was a considerable distance away from check in (5-10 minutes walk, and uphill coming back). The meals were excellent (both the breakfast which was included in the room rate and the dinner which we purchased separately: the food variety and presentation was excellent). The wireless internet didn't work from my room. It's also not an ideal place to stay as a single female if you want a quiet and relaxing time (too much unwanted attention from men). Overall, the hotel was fine.
