Guest comments	A beautiful hotel, in heart of city. Furnishings spectacular! Staff , overall, helpful except no one to meet and help with luggage at door. Hotel itself, while lovely, can be confusing to navigate. Several wings, several small casinos, easy to get lost! We also soon learnt that due to the huge number of outside guests, must book in advance to get table at any of the hotel restaurants. Corridor link to the newer Hotel Grand Lisboa very handy. Overall, great experience.
