| Guest comments | I was certainly impressed with the Medina. Everything worked, everything was clean, there was no strong chemical fragrant smells inside, staff were very helpful - but as always I find it difficult to sleep - any solutions? There was a bit of outside noise only coming through the windows/doors - people from other buildings being noisy - hard to stop that - unless the doors/windows were double glazed......or there was a noise suppressing machine........but there was no noise coming from inside the building - very good...enough of me | ||

| Guest comments | The staff were casual at best and didn't seem to understand the importance a customer focus. I have never received a thank you card at any hotel booked through [website]. | ||

| Guest comments | The location is good (walking to ANU, CSIRO, and Civic where you have a lot of choices for restaurants). But the whole place is getting a bit old, with dirty carpets and small TVs. It's a bit noisy in early morning from the main road in front of the building. | ||
