| Guest comments | Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel and Wellington Wellington is very hilly and the hotel is situated above the main shopping centre so you walk down to most things On the walk back up the hill you can enter from the bottom of the hotel rather than walking up the hill to the front entrance that I think is on the 5th floor Staff were very helpfull and there are plenty of restaurants etc nearby | ||

| Guest comments | Check in staff very pleasant. We rented a double room with twin beds, on going to bed and pulling back one of the beds we found that it had not been changed from the previous guest. On requesting that this was rectified the next day, we got back from a full day to find that it had not been done. On asking for the second time this was done. No compensation for this was offered by the hotel, very disappointed over all. | ||

| Guest comments | Nice clean hotel, although you can see that they tried to make it modern with the renovation. Service was very good, and the food was very fresh - not the best cooking however. Overall a pleasant stay. | ||
