Guest comments	Its hard to rate this hotel at the moment because it is in the middle of a makeover but for value for money and location it was great. It comes off as a bit seedy but the facelift will help - rooms are really dated but clean and very quiet. Good to have FREE foxtel and in house movies - thought that was thing of the past! Look forward to its new look but i suppose the prices will refelct that. Counter staff were realy nice too.
