The facilities I have marked as bad because there is no homeliness at all in the rooms - no prints or paintings on the walls (which are gyprock), no air-conditioning in the bedrooms (fans but Adelaide gets very hot in summer), and very small flat screen TVs. Perhaps they plan to add these touches later, but not truly welcoming at the moment. In addition the bedrooms have no windows but frosted glass up high. This gives light but means those asleep wake up with the earliest riser.

The apartment was in the nightclub area of Hindley Street so hence it was noisy when all the nightclubbers were going home in the early hours of the morning, also our apartment was at the back of an alley so also very noisy when they emptied the dumpster at 5 am...we had to ask for clean linen after 2 days and our apartment was only cleaned once in the 5 days...apart from that the location was excellent and the apartment was well furnished and nice....service was friendly and helpful.
