Guest comments	I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the place was most of the time. However, I would like to suggest that signs be posted to ask guests to keep their voices down when they are in the hallways. With travelers' busy itineraries and jet lag, a guest could try to catch a power nap at any time of the day. Also, the desk staff should also know how to work the computers. I asked several staffers to show me how to use Skype on Windows (at home I have a Mac) because all the instructions were in Japanese, which I do not read. No one could help me. I would like to thank the staff who helped me with detailed explanations and maps on how to get places. Also, I would like to thank the desk manager who carried a heavy bag for me out to the curb on my last day. The cleaning staff was fast , friendly and efficient to. Thank you to everyone.

Guest comments	Very nice hotel close to Ueno station. You don't have to take taxi from Ueno Stn.. we did! Small rooms with good standard and very good service and with good skills in english. We will come back!

Guest comments	Excellent, fair priced base for your travels around Tokyo. Close to railway station, lots of bars/eateries to suit all tastes within a short walk. Staff friendly and knowledgable.
