Guest comments	This is an older style hotel, but it was clean & comfortable with friendly staff & good service. The only downside was NO ELEVATOR to the upper levels, so you had to lug baggage up & down the stairs. Keep this in mind if you are older or physically impaired in any way (I have a hip replacement) as it may affect your stay. Restaurant was great - huge meals & good value for money. I would say this was great accomodation for the price range!

Guest comments	The hotel is more of a motel as it is not very central and the bus service into the centre of Christchurch is not the most frequent. That said the rooms are of a good size and the facilities are very good.

Guest comments	i found the staff to be v friendly and helpful, a nice place to stay in good locaction with a pub/restaurant right next door with fantastic food.
