For such I high rated hotel and staying in a broadwater suite i was disappointed in many basics. For example.
Small bar fridge and it's failure to keep things cold and getting basic things replaced like milk. A fold out bed for a couch in the living room. Loud Acoustic reverberating throughout the suite from the bathroom when you turned the tap on. Small cheap television in living area. Expect better.

Palazzo Versace Hotel Gold Coast is easily the most beautifully decorated hotel in which I have stayed. The room facilities were excellent and clean.
I found that the staff were very friendly and only too pleased to help in any way. Their courtesy was exemplary and I thought that this existed only in old movies.
Palazzo Versace Hotel Gold Coast is a class act.

Just a couple of minor complaints -
A jar of nuts in the mini bar had previously had the seal removed and the nuts were stale
One of the lights over the spa had a blown bulb
The televisions were very difficult to operate.
But the main thing was that the service was exceptional.
