Guest comments	The rooms are a bit small even for the Deluxe rooms. The insulation between rooms are too bad that we were woken up by the guests next door when they took the shower early in the morning!

Guest comments	We were placed in one of the refurbished floors which is a good improvement on the previous rooms. The newly reopened pool, sauna, stream room and exercise facilities make this an excellent hotel. The location is only a 10 min walk to the tube station. My only minor gripe is the service we received at check in when we were assured we would received 2 double rooms only got 2 twins pushed together! Otherwise an excellent stay.
