Guest comments	Nice hotel, friendly staffs, have always stayed at this hotel when in perth on a bussiness trip. But price hike lately got us looking elsewhere. othen then that , no complaints.

Guest comments	Very dated, smell of cigertte smoke vey bad. Badly needs refurbishment. Internet facillitiy very basic. I wouldn't recommend a stay here

Guest comments	Found the hotel was nice and close for walking to places, but were a little disappointed when for 10 nights we were put into a room next to the laundry which was noisy mainly from an air condit. and of course the machines going. We asked to be moved which we were but no apologies from them. Otherwise the room we had was clean and the service good. We were only there to sleep so for the price was good.
