Little things like not refilling the complimentary tea & coffee during the entire 4 days of my stay; having housekeeping knock on my door at 9am of the morning that I was checking out and appearing very put out that I was still in my room and would be for a bit longer were disappointing. Reception was not able to print a document from a thumb drive for me - virus risk was the reason given, however if I had emailed it, that would have been ok. Broadband internet access was very expensive by comparison
