Guest comments	Very convenvient hotel as it was situated quite close to Sungei Wang, Lot 10 and Bintang Walk. Excellent facilities, with friendly and helpful staff. Would definately stay here again. Rate this as a 5* hotel. The Pulse Club and the lounge was convenient.

Guest comments	We had a wonderful stay. Stunning place. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We have never expereinced so many staff members come and introduce themselves and inquire about our stay - including management. The location was brilliant in the middle of super shopping centres - and easy walking distance to everything. The breakfast and dinner smorgasboards are to die for!! Best breakfast selection we have ever seen - and we have seen a lot...even in 6 star hotel in Autsralia!
