Excellent service, perfectly clean, and all the facilities you could wish for. Staff are extremely helpful and my room was very spacious. The free shuttle bus from the station is very convenient. Probably not a great lovation for sightseeing, although the new train line runs just outside the hotel and takes you straight to Kyoto. I really enjoyed my stay.

I found this a very luxurious place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and curtious, and the shuttle between Osaka station and the hotel proved very useful.
