I only stayed overnight but found the location pleasant and would have enjoyed walking in the Botanic Gardens if I had had more time. Room service very prompt and generous sized portions. Bathroom functional but did actually have a bath.Would be happy to stay there again.

The reception staff were quite unfriendly. It may have had something to do with many young people staying at the hotel for a music festival accross the road, but this was no excuse to treat a paying customer any differently, even if they are young. When checking in, I also requested a newspaper to be delivered in the morning. It never arrived. Maybe my standards are too high but next time I think that I will stay in a different hotel in Brisbane. Friendly helpful staff would have made all the difference.
