Guest comments	I was a little taken aback by how "dated" the hotel was; its very tired and in need of refurbishment; the service from bar and restaurant was average but you could see the rooms were cleaned.

Guest comments	Holes in top sheet. One very thin hand towel and only one glass. Door would not lock from the outside - told hotel staff but nothing was done. When we returned the following day the door was unlocked allowing access to anyone.

Guest comments	This accommodation did not live up to the internet description. When we arrived, we were told the hotel (actually a motel) was overbooked and that we were to be relocated to another hotel. I objected since we had particularly wanted to be in walking distance of the WestPac Stadium, and the alternative offered was further away; with hindsight, the location was the only good thing! The decor was very shabby. The bathroom was not clean; in particular the ceiling above the shower was damaged and there was mould growing there; having seen this, we did not try any food there since we wondered about the state of the kitchen! I would not recommend this accommodation and would not stay there again.
