Guest comments	Absolutely loved the beds and pillows. Since arriving home, i have gone on-line and ordered one of the "mybed" pillows as it was the first time for a long time that i woke up without a stiff neck!

Guest comments	Reception staff were excellent but restaurant staff poor. Got food tipped over me and they forgot to prepare one of our group's meals. Nice hotel re surroundings and decor and very handy to train station and centre of town
