| Guest comments | The North Tower is less of a value than the Annex Tower. The room was much smaller and the bathroom had some mildew on the ceiling which is probably caused by their ventilation and air conditioning system. The room was really hot during the day and although you can open the windows, it would be better perhaps if the air conditioning worked more efficiently. It didn't really help to make the room any cooler for some reason. The staff are very polite and friendly, and the breakfasts in the main hall are very good. | ||

| Guest comments | Blanket is too thin and you can see stains on its cover when you look carefully. Facilities are fairly old but are still functioning well. Location is good, everyone you approach in the Shinagawa station knows the hotel, when you need help for direction. However, when you are about to reach you'll find it's rather confusing as it has too many towers and with the malls downstair it's quite easy to get lost. | ||

| Guest comments | The facilities of this hotel complex are outstanding. We stayed in the main tower and our room was fine but the carpets on the whole floor were mainly pink in colour which sadly looks very grubby. Staff were very helpful. The room was small as we had our daughter in an extra bed. Our only complaint was that none of us managed to bath without flooding the bathroom floor. I'd happily to stay here again. | ||
