| Guest comments | This hotel was a great place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was suprisingly large. The only downside is the location is not near the center of Tokyo and not accessible via a JR Rail pass but that is reflected in a brilliant price | ||

| Guest comments | This hotel was nicer than I had anticipated but it is a bit far out and unless you have to be in Koiwa there is really no need to go there. Nice hotel though and reasonably priced. Easiest way to get there from the airport is to get the Narita express train and change at Keisei Yawata and the Koiwa is only one stop away. When you get out of the station its straight down the road on your left, only 1 minute away. | ||

| Guest comments | Unless you have business in the Koiwa area, or directly along the Keisei line, I cannot think of any reason to stay at this hotel. While the price may be right, the rooms are basic, and more concerning for some, open directly into the elements (ie; no hallway). There is also one flight of stairs you must climb to the lobby, so not conducive to those with heavy luggage or feeble legs. Finally, the surrounding area, although quaint, shuts down early for Tokyo. You are faced with returning to your room to watch Japanese TV! | ||
