Guest comments	I just love this hotel - I have stayed there three times and each time have been more than satisfied with the staff who really try very hard indeed and succeed in exceeding my expectations via exemplary service. I shall certainly return and I am quite sure that next time will be like returning home!

Guest comments	Excellent hotel with very helpful and obliging staff. Location very convenient however I should mention it is a Chinese Hotel hence all the restaurant facilities, etc are geared to Chinese travellers. I will certainly stay here again when I return to Changsha.
